It seems that from teenagers to young adults that cancer is almost absent, should we still take percussion and action with cancer and health as a person of age 50?

from ages around 15-30 it seems that cancer is almost absent in these peoples life and it is more of a concern of adults. This raised a lot of questions to me and what should people at these young ages do to stay healthy and prevent cancer and ultimately should they be concerned about getting it at these ages. With that being said, 65% of all deaths in adults are caused by heart disease, cancer, and stroke. In many of these cases it is preventable due to lifestyle and behaviors of the person. What I found is that teenagers best way to stay healthy and to watch for cancer is by doing simple things which all seem to come back to the lifestyle choices and how healthy you are being. To keep healthy you should avoid using any type of tobacco product, and not be around second hand smoke. Another way is to get regular exercise, healthy diet, and what not. When talking about cancer in teenagers to young adults it is very rare occurrence and when it happens it is often due to genetics and lifestyle.
